just found out i forgot to post last month!

right now, targeting to blog at least once a month just so more things can be saved in my brain rather than those unhappy memories - because i will pour it over here!

nothing really exciting... just that SEPT happen to be my BIRTH MONTH.

going to talk about my birthday celebration.

1. Dinner with poly dearies

Quite fun because it was sort of combined with yq's farewell dinner (initially i didnt even know they are going to celebrate my birthday!)
We had dinner at JP's crystal jade - the food are not bad... quite nice but none of us are able to finish our servings (exception to yl) :P
And of cause our gift "exchange" - our farewell gift to yq and my birthday gift from them. The funny moment is when yl say "me and martha were whatsapping all night in 2 group conversations - trying to figure out when to give the presents and in the end both conversations say the same thing - let's give during dessert time".

Really funny. Yl and Martha being caught in between.

And me-surprise to receive the gifts! (at least im not forgotten :D)

2. Dinner with yx

Had a nice birthday dinner with yx (alone) at IMM's Hoshi (i think that is the name) - i think some others just forgot about it.... :(

3. Dinner with FE

Big Big surprise but nonetheless really enjoy catching up with mummy! ((:

PS: birthday gifts this year relates to skin products - are you guys trying to say my skin condition very bad?!

STUDY
I decided to "defer" my OBU project submission until next sem because im really feeling breathless.
YES, breathless for no reason!
When i think of the project - i feel breathless...i will relunctantly do it and maybe because of the work and revision im trying to do - i feel as if i do not have enough time.
So right now, trying very hard to cope with my revisions first as im not going to think this sem is a easy sem.
Even though i have only 2 papers to study for, i am still worried abt it given my results in previous sem.
A mere just passed mark really scares me.

Hence i have decided to retain my job (because i really need the $$$), make up more time for revisions and defer my OBU programme.

ITS A REALLY HARD DECISION TO MAKE :(

WORK
lots of things to complain.
but of cause not about my colleagues.
rather its the planning.
i just realise how stupid the management can be at times.
its really ok if the company's marketing sucks to the core - but to have such lousy HR management skills as well... i really have nothing to say about the co.

been transferred for 3 times since i started work - maybe because of my previous work, i really do not like the transferring environment of this company. Yx says its alright if twice a month (she has the experience) - but i really HATE IT. i will be counting the no. of times i will be transfer until the end of my work - definitely going to be end of this year.

the reason why i say this company has lousy HR managment skills due to this situation:

i was transfer to JP (due to lack of manpower) and subsequently one of my colleague at Jcube was sick and called for MC. This left only 1 person looking after the shop at Jcube (which is not enough). So they request for me to go back ( there is still 2 more person at JP) - the JP people of cause refuse and instead ask IMM (who has 4 or 5 people working) to transfer one of their staff instead.

but i realise this the problem - if only they had arrange IMM (where they have ample of people working) to be transfer to JP in the first place rather than Jcube (we only have MAX 3 staffs) - the bloody situation above will not arise. In case one people cannot work, jcube only left 2 staffs working... where IMM has much more staffs and do not need to worry about lack of manpower.

Don't you think its the planning that sucks?!!!!!!!

Seriously, sucks.
