confused about what my entry title meant?
don't worry.
i'm going to explain the bloody long story~

astute is a company managing NETS (yes nets, the machine that u used when u dun have money in case and uses card to make purchase) terminal.

and initially my job was to help my another colleague with the JOB.
JOB = sending technician to do new installation and stuffs.
and i was supposed to upload the JOB to the nets system for updating.

but now, due to my another colleague (named her as Jo)
was doing very badly for the job.
that the supervisor is complaining,
they are letting me do her job now which is doing
FAULT CALL.

which is ALOT more compared to my previous job scope.
and i just dun get it.
why is there so much NETS machine spoil in 1 day???

i think i need to OT alr :X
