A few days ago... yq asked me whether want to amore fitness

i denied cos firstly, i think i hate gym

secondly, money-wise

thirdly, transportation.

but pros is that since we pay the money

we can forced ourselves to go and do exercise rite?

But its okay...

there is a small park at my hse downstairs

and i had JUST make up my mind that i want to go exercise.

Running or jogging to be exact.

Perhaps, 3 times a week?

HAHA.

firstly, is hope i can really cut some fats

esp my tummy fats :(

secondly, becos exercising is better for our body,

prevents blood vessel blockage.

but whether this plan succeed subjects to changes

and depends greatly on my determination...

there is big changes to our bangkok trip...

due to the unrest at bangkok.

so....

we decided to cancelled the bloody trip..

since our safety is at stake

and there will be 3 sets of worrying parents.

1. we can only postpone the trip to 7 days later, which is next week.

and next week might be a lot more dangerous.

2. we cannot refund our money. as my dad says its a free and easy travel.

hardly can get from airline (since budget) and accomodation not sure.

but we planned to check out the consumers association of singapore

to see what we can do with the money.

3. we cannot change destination becos they just dun let us changed.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH.

might be last post about books for now.

as that is only that much books i have read.

and other books i have read but forgotten abt it. hees.

one of my fav author altot i only read some of his books

but his book is as good as a freaking - sad -movie

which is so earth-shattering

that i cried
